Organizers of "Hebei in World’s View" International Poster Exhibition invited me to create series of posters within the framework of the 4th Hebei Tourism Industry Development Conference in the City of Shijiazhuang in China on October 14-16, 2019.
Poster NATURE
One of the most remarkable places in Hebei is the Qinhuangdao Wildlife Park. It is currently the biggest wildlife park with the highest forest coverage in China and it is home to roughly 7,000 animals of more than 150 species.
Poster GLASS
A cliff glass walkway in Hebei. This unique architectural feature winds along the edge of a cliff of the East Taihang Mountains in Handan city, Hebei province. The walkway measures 266 meters along the cliff, at 1,180 meters above sea level.
Poster BRIDGE-1
A true masterpiece made of glass. This poster represents a remarkable achievement in the construction of the World’s longest (488 meters) glass bridge at Hongyagu Scenic Area in Hebei. To raise the excitement levels even further, the bridge is designed to sway when tourists walk across it.
Poster BRIDGE-2
A true masterpiece made of glass. This poster represents a remarkable achievement in the construction of the World’s longest (488 meters) glass bridge at Hongyagu Scenic Area in Hebei. To raise the excitement levels even further, the bridge is designed to sway when tourists walk across it.
Poster ANCIENT and MODERN
In this work we can see the symbiosis of traditional Chinese calligraphy (as an ancient tradition) comprised of the word Hebei gently intertwined with multicolored lines resembling computer and gadget screens as modern element. These straight, wavy lines and glass like shapes occur because of the light refraction just like in camera lenses and computer screens.
